Brand photography sessions range from $500 to $2,500 depending on scope, locations, and deliverables. Headshot sessions start at $250. Video production starts at $1,000. Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for projects over $2,000. Typically, this is a 50% deposit to book your session with the remaining balance due before final delivery. Custom payment structures are available for larger projects.

Our smallest offering is individual headshot sessions starting at $250. For brand photography and video, projects typically start at $500-$1,000. We're happy to discuss your budget during a free strategy call and recommend the best approach.

Every package includes a pre-shoot strategy session, professional production, editing and retouching, and final delivery of high-resolution files with full usage rights. Specific deliverables (number of images, video length, locations, etc.) vary by package and are outlined in your custom proposal.

After booking, we send a detailed prep guide covering wardrobe suggestions, grooming tips, and what to bring. We also offer wardrobe consultation as part of our strategy session. We recommend 3-5 outfits in solid colors that align with your brand palette. Avoid busy patterns, logos, and overly trendy pieces. Layers and accessories add variety. For most brand photography sessions, we recommend bringing items that represent your work — a laptop, your product, tools of the trade, a favorite coffee mug, etc. We provide guidance on what works best on camera. For headshots, just bring yourself and your outfits.

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days for headshots and 2-3 weeks for full brand photography sessions. Video projects typically take 2-4 weeks from shoot to final delivery. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Our standard brand photography package includes 25+ retouched final images, but we typically deliver more. We also provide additional lightly edited images from your session so you have a full content library to work with. Exact deliverables are discussed during your strategy session.

Yes. All packages include full usage rights for your marketing channels — website, social media, ads, email, print, and more. You own your content and can use it however you need to grow your business.

Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files, optimized for both web and print. Video files are delivered in MP4 format at 1080p or 4K resolution, with additional versions sized for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube). All files are delivered via a private online gallery.

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for photography sessions and 3-6 weeks for video projects. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

We understand that things come up. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 48 hours may be subject to a rebooking fee. We'll work with you to find a new date that works.
