Absolutely. Every business is different, and our standard packages are starting points — not rigid structures. If you need a combination of services, a larger scope, or something we have not listed, we will build a custom package based on your specific goals, timeline, and budget. Schedule a strategy call and we will figure it out together. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Yes. Every package includes a strategy session because we do not create content without a plan. This is not a quick pre-shoot questionnaire — it is a real conversation about your brand, your audience, your goals, and how each piece of content will be used. The strategy session is what makes our work effective, and it is non-negotiable.
Yes. We require a 50 percent deposit to book your session date, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of production. For monthly retainer packages, we invoice on the first of each month. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
We understand that schedules change. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full session fee. We are flexible and reasonable — just communicate with us and we will work it out.
Package prices include everything listed — strategy, production, editing, and delivery. Additional costs may apply for travel outside the Greater Houston area, rush delivery (25 percent surcharge), additional retouched images beyond the package count, or special equipment rentals (drones, teleprompters, etc.). We always discuss any potential additional costs upfront during your strategy call.
For projects over $2,000, we can arrange a payment plan. Typically this is structured as 50 percent deposit, 25 percent at production, and 25 percent at delivery. Contact us to discuss options that work for your budget.
