We then send you a personalized prep guide with wardrobe recommendations, grooming tips, and what to expect on session day. No surprises, no stress.
2. Production — Capture Your Best Self
On session day, we set up professional lighting and backgrounds, then guide you through poses and expressions. We shoot tethered so you can see images in real-time on a monitor — this builds confidence and ensures we are nailing the look you want. Multiple outfit changes and background swaps give you variety. 3. Launch & Track — Deliver Polished Results
Within 5 to 7 business days, you receive your professionally retouched images in a private online gallery. Individual headshot sessions typically run 30 to 45 minutes. This gives us time for multiple outfit changes, different backgrounds, and a variety of expressions. Team headshot sessions are scheduled at approximately 15 to 20 minutes per person, depending on the number of looks needed. We build in transition time so the session never feels rushed.
A standard individual headshot session includes 3 to 5 retouched final images. Corporate team packages include 2 to 3 retouched images per person. Additional retouched images are available as add-ons. Every image is delivered in both high-resolution (print-ready) and web-optimized formats sized for LinkedIn, your website, and social media profiles.
We send a detailed prep guide after booking that covers wardrobe recommendations specific to your industry and where the headshots will be used. General guidelines: solid colors photograph best, avoid busy patterns and large logos, and bring 2 to 3 outfit options so we can capture different looks. If you are unsure, we are happy to help you choose outfits that photograph well and align with the image you want to project.
Yes. We can shoot headshots at your office, co-working space, or any professional location. On-location sessions add authenticity and give your headshots a unique, branded feel. We also offer studio sessions with clean, neutral backgrounds if you prefer a more traditional corporate look. Both options deliver professional, consistent results.
Retouched headshots are delivered within 5 to 7 business days for individual sessions and 7 to 10 business days for team sessions. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need your images sooner. Your images arrive in a private online gallery where you can download them in multiple formats.
