Services

Marmalade Media provides brand photography, video production, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual client agreements and proposals. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and general business relationship.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Marmalade Media and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Client deliverables (photos, videos) are subject to the usage rights outlined in your individual service agreement. Standard packages include full usage rights for marketing purposes.

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and rescheduling procedures are outlined in your individual service agreement. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice for new bookings.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor shoots is handled on a case-by-case basis at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Marmalade Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
