Team members rotate through their scheduled slots — each session takes 10 to 15 minutes and includes posing guidance, expression coaching, and multiple frames. We shoot tethered to a monitor so each person can see their images in real-time, which builds confidence and ensures everyone is happy with the results before they leave the set. The entire session runs like clockwork with minimal disruption to your workday.
3. Editing & Delivery — Ready to Deploy
Every headshot is professionally retouched, color-corrected to match the full set, and delivered in the exact formats your platforms require. Files are organized by team member name and delivered via a private online gallery. Edited headshots are delivered within 5 to 7 business days for teams of 20 or fewer, and 7 to 14 business days for larger teams. Every image is professionally retouched for consistency and delivered in multiple formats: high-resolution for print, web-optimized for your website, and platform-specific crops for LinkedIn and internal directories. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
After booking, we send a detailed prep guide that you can distribute to your entire team. It covers wardrobe recommendations, grooming tips, what to expect on shoot day, and scheduling logistics.
